Saint Laurent Store Director role in Aventura, Florida. Lead retail team, drive sales, and manage operations at luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand engagement and loyalty to drive achievement of business goals
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain retail talent whilst maintaining store culture
- Ensure professional growth and coaching-based training of the sales team
- Define quantitative and qualitative targets and monitor achievement of KPIs
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly activities and conduct annual performance assessments
- Demonstrate active sales leadership through regular presence on the selling floor
- Cultivate and maintain elevated customer experience and loyalty standards
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations and monitor related results
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements
- Maintain brand qualitative standards and uphold visual presentation excellence
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in luxury retail
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 people
- Significant background in the sale of luxury goods or retail operations
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting software (preferred)

Experience
4 to 6 years of successful managerial retail experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of 10 or more staff members. Significant background in luxury goods retail or high-end retail operations required.
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
