Saint Laurent Stock Supervisor role at King of Prussia boutique. Manage inventory, shipping, and back-of-house operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
  • Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
  • Process and resolve shipment discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Execute internal product transfers and client orders on schedule to meet client expectations
  • Maintain and update the repairs log and serve as liaison between the boutique, repair centers, and internal partners
  • Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
  • Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual physical inventory
  • Liaise with the Operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
  • Ensure stockroom and salesfloor compliance with company Visual Standards; coach store team as needed
  • Support management with department store Personal Shopper Consignment orders by pulling product and processing orders in internal systems
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for registers, including cash handling and running daily reports
  • Provide coverage and sales support on the salesfloor as needed
  • Coach sales team to reinforce selling behaviors and merchandising standards
  • Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Pro-active and team-centric attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Experience
