Saint Laurent is hiring a Stock Controller in Stockholm to manage inventory operations, stock control processes, and merchandise logistics while reporting to the Store Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow-up and control monthly turning inventories and specific action plans
- Support preparation of the annual inventory and investigate any discrepancies
- Identify and maintain consistent stock levels to achieve sales targets
- Participate in maintaining a positive and professional work environment
- Promote brand culture internally and externally
- Ensure store image aligns with corporate standards
- Guarantee excellent customer experience during after-sales processes
- Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow
- Implement Back Office action plans defined by headquarters and Store Director
- Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouse facilities
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Operational Procedures
Qualifications
- Significant experience in stock handling (2+ years)
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong communication and influencing abilities
- Competent computer skills including Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritise task execution based on business needs

Significant experience in stock handling and inventory management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role within retail or luxury goods environments.
