Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control monthly inventory and specific action plans.
- Prepare annual inventory and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain stock levels in alignment with sales objectives.
- Foster a harmonious work environment.
- Promote corporate culture both internally and externally.
- Ensure the boutique's image complies with company standards.
- Oversee the customer experience throughout the after-sales process.
- Assist management in adherence to and monitoring of procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in stock management.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and priority management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High availability, adaptability, service orientation, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of fashion trends and market are advantageous.
