Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct monthly inventory checks and implement action plans.
- Prepare and reconcile annual inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure stock levels align with sales targets.
- Promote the brand's culture and maintain corporate standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain store organization and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Support team dynamics and provide professional feedback.
- Receive, check, label, and store incoming merchandise.
- Organize stock areas and manage transfers.
- Handle administrative procedures related to merchandise flow.
- Prepare and ship products and handle returns.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and a strong sense of service.
- Proficiency in IT systems.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and market dynamics is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in stock management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
