Saint Laurent Stock Controller role at Selfridges in London. Manage store inventory, stock reconciliation, and merchandise operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control monthly inventory reconciliations and implement specific corrective action plans
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute annual inventory counts while identifying and investigating discrepancies
- Identify and maintain consistent stock levels aligned with sales forecasts and business objectives
- Support the implementation of Back Office action plans developed by headquarters and store leadership
- Prepare, pack, and coordinate the shipment of merchandise to outlets and warehouse facilities
- Manage administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow and distribution
- Ensure store presentation aligns with corporate visual and operational standards
- Facilitate excellent customer experience throughout post-sale and merchandise handling processes
- Maintain a positive workplace environment and actively promote brand culture internally and externally
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated experience in stock handling and inventory management
- Strong organizational and attention to detail capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience
Significant experience in stock handling, inventory control, and retail operations management (2+ years minimum). Background in luxury retail or high-end fashion environments is advantageous.
