Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement corrective action plans
- Support preparation and reconciliation of annual inventories, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborate with the Store Director to maintain optimal stock levels aligned with sales targets
- Manage merchandise flow procedures and coordinate pack-and-ship operations to outlets and warehouse facilities
- Ensure store visual presentation and merchandising standards comply with corporate brand guidelines
- Facilitate seamless after-sales processes and maintain exceptional customer experience standards
- Execute Back Office action plans as defined by headquarters and store management
- Maintain accurate administrative records and adhere to all company operational procedures and policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on stock handling and inventory management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and attention to detail capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders
