Saint Laurent Stock Controller (Bond Street) — London. Manage inventory, stockflow and after-sales processes to support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels through daily stock control, cycle counts and monthly turning inventories; implement corrective action plans where discrepancies arise.
- Support preparation and execution of the annual physical inventory and investigate variances with HQ and Store Director.
- Manage merchandise flow: receive, prepare, pack and ship product to outlets and warehouse while complying with company procedures.
- Implement and follow up Back Office action plans defined by HQ and the Store Director to optimise stock availability versus sales targets.
- Ensure store presentation and stockroom standards meet corporate image and loss-prevention requirements.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to guarantee a seamless customer experience during returns, exchanges and repairs.
- Perform administrative tasks related to inventory records and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Promote the brand culture internally and externally and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience handling stock in a retail or luxury environment.
- Proven attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Effective communication and influencing skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, changing retail context.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and capacity to multi-task under pressure.
- Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on stock handling experience in retail or warehouse operations, preferably within a luxury or premium brand.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent). Vocational training or certification in logistics, supply-chain or retail operations is advantageous.
