Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all merchandise flows: prepare, pack and ship goods to boutiques and warehouses; process receipts, returns, transfers and DTOs; and administer price changes to ensure accurate point-of-sale data.
  • Execute and control cycle counts and the annual stocktake; analyse variances, implement corrective action plans and perform necessary adjustments to minimise shrinkage.
  • Define and monitor optimal stock levels to meet sales targets; escalate stock shortages, resolve overstock situations and manage emergency supply issues (late deliveries, order errors).
  • Operate and maintain an organised Back Office in accordance with brand guidelines; open, follow up and close consignments, and manage damaged-goods procedures and related billing.
  • Coordinate omnichannel fulfilment for distance sales, ensuring timely shipment and an excellent client experience throughout the logistics process.
  • Act as primary contact for defective product tickets, enforce corporate operational policies and contribute to a constructive, compliant working environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years demonstrable experience in retail inventory/stock control, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
  • Strong attention to detail with superior organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective communicator with teamwork orientation and the ability to liaise across store, operations and warehouse functions.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational demands and able to propose pragmatic solutions under pressure.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a methodical approach to discrepancy analysis and stock reconciliation.

Experience
