Saint Laurent Stock Associate position in Toronto - manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and back-of-house operations at luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
- Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner to meet client expectations
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
- Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory audits
- Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
- Ensure stockroom and salesfloor are maintained to company Visual Standards
- Support sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and sales assistance as needed
- Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary retail preferred
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Pro-active and team-centric attitude
- Physical capability to handle repetitive bending and lifting
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a luxury or contemporary retail environment, with demonstrated competency in inventory management, shipping programs, and inventory audits.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 20 per hour.
