Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
  • Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
  • Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
  • Process internal product transfers and client orders to meet expectations.
  • Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
  • Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
  • Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor adhere to company Visual Standards.
  • Support sales team on the salesfloor as needed.
  • Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and audits. Proficiency in Excel. Pro-active and team-centric attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for experience in luxury or contemporary fashion.
