Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the stock room in an operationally efficient, clean, and tidy manner, categorized by area and material.
- Accurately record stock inventory and ensure all transport documents are properly filled both manually and in the system.
- Implement policies and procedures for loss prevention, physical inventory accuracy, and handling of quality issues.
- Organize periodic returns, inter-store transfers, and manage the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from the warehouse.
- Provide support to staff and facilitate the selling process.
Qualifications
- Form 5 graduate or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in store operations or stockroom housekeeping.
- Experience in luxury retail or fashion industry preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in store operations or stockroom management, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion sector.
Education
Form 5 graduate or equivalent.
