Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize the stock room in an operationally efficient, clean, and tidy manner, categorized by area and material.
  • Accurately record stock inventory and ensure all transport documents are properly filled both manually and in the system.
  • Implement policies and procedures for loss prevention, physical inventory accuracy, and handling of quality issues.
  • Organize periodic returns, inter-store transfers, and manage the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from the warehouse.
  • Provide support to staff and facilitate the selling process.

Qualifications

  • Form 5 graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in store operations or stockroom housekeeping.
  • Experience in luxury retail or fashion industry preferred.

Skills

Action-oriented and well-organized. Strong internal customer focus. Fluent in Cantonese and basic proficiency in English.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in store operations or stockroom management, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion sector.

Education

Form 5 graduate or equivalent.
