Saint Laurent seeks a Stock Associate in Santa Fe, Mexico to manage back‑of‑house operations, inventory control and shipping for the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process daily shipping and receiving of merchandise and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners to prevent inventory errors.
  • Replenish packaging materials, cash desk supplies and other operational consumables to maintain store readiness.
  • Execute internal product transfers and client order fulfilment efficiently to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and perform weekly and/or monthly cycle counts by product category and support annual inventory preparations.
  • Partner with Operations to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections and adjustments.
  • Maintain stockroom and sales‑floor organisation that supports visual merchandising standards and ease of access for the Retail Sales team.
  • Provide on‑floor support when required, including coverage and assistance with client transactions.
  • Manage supply orders with internal and external vendors in coordination with store management.
  • Apply price changes and ticket updates accurately and oversee outbound shipping programmes, ensuring correct packaging.
  • Keep an orderly workstation and adhere to safety regulations, store policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support boutique operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with shipping programmes, inventory management systems and conducting inventory audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and count reconciliation.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with OMNI, RFID applications and SAP considered an advantage.
  • Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs (11 kg) and occasionally up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Experience
