Saint Laurent in San Marcos, TX seeks a Stock Associate to manage inventory, receiving and stockroom operations for the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage merchandise flow within the store and comply strictly with established logistics and stock procedures.
- Execute monthly inventory turn analyses and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare and coordinate the annual inventory; investigate and report discrepancies.
- Ensure appropriate stock levels to support sales targets and replenishment needs.
- Receive, inspect, label and store incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Process transfers, returns and shipments to outlets or the central warehouse.
- Maintain order, cleanliness and presentation of stock areas in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
- Handle packaging and small stationery orders; maintain stockroom supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a stock or inventory department.
- 1–3 years' experience within a retail environment; prior luxury retail experience required.
- Good knowledge of IT and familiarity with retail inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organisational discipline.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle routine lifting and stockroom activity.

Experience
At least 2 years in stock/warehouse operations with 1–3 years in retail; demonstrable experience in luxury retail environments is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, retail operations or related fields is a plus.
