Saint Laurent seeks a Stock Associate in McLean, Virginia to maintain back-of-house boutique operations and support inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
- Process shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners to avoid inventory errors
- Process internal product transfers and client orders on a timely basis to meet client expectations
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
- Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory audits
- Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
- Maintain stockroom and salesfloor adherence to company Visual Standards
- Support sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and sales assistance as needed
- Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors
- Execute other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Proactive and team-centric attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary retail environments.
