Saint Laurent Stock Associate role in Las Vegas — manage inventory, shipping, and back-of-house operations for luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company visual standards
- Execute shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners in a timely manner to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Process internal product transfers and client orders promptly to meet client expectations
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
- Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory audits
- Liaison with the Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
- Support the sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and sales assistance as needed
- Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience (luxury or contemporary preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Pro-active and team-centric attitude

Minimum 2 years of retail experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail environments, with demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and stock operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
