Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organisation, cleanliness and company visual standards of the stockroom and salesfloor.
- Receive, inspect and process weekly product deliveries; manage shipping & receiving workflows.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly to protect inventory accuracy.
- Process internal transfers and client orders in a timely manner to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts and assist with annual inventory preparation.
- Collaborate with Operations to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections and adjustments.
- Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors.
- Provide salesfloor coverage and client assistance as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience with shipping programs, inventory management systems and inventory audits.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Pro-active, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum two years of retail experience; experience in luxury or contemporary retail preferred. Demonstrated competence in shipping/receiving, inventory control and regular cycle counts.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/logistics training preferred.
