Saint Laurent seeks a Stock Associate in Houston to manage inventory, shipping, and back-of-house operations at its luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
- Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners in a timely manner to avoid inventory errors
- Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to meet client expectations
- Execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
- Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory audits
- Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
- Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor maintain company Visual Standards
- Support the sales team on the salesfloor with coverage and sales assistance as needed
- Manage supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Pro-active and team-centric attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Minimum 2 years of retail experience in luxury or contemporary retail environments, with demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, shipping protocols, and back-of-house operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
