Saint Laurent is seeking a Stock Associate in Glendale to maintain stockroom and sales-floor operations, manage deliveries, inventory counts, transfers, and supply orders, and support the sales team. The role reports to the Store Director and offers base compensation of $23–$24 per hour, plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
- Handle weekly product deliveries, including shipping and receiving.
- Promptly communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners to prevent inventory errors.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders promptly to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories.
- Prepare the stockroom and sales floor for the annual inventory.
- Work with the Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
- Maintain the stockroom and sales floor in line with company visual standards.
- Support the sales team on the sales floor with coverage and sales assistance as needed.
- Manage boutique supply orders from internal and external vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary retail experience preferred.
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
