Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound merchandise: receive, check, label, record and store deliveries in accordance with internal logistics procedures.
- Control and reconcile inventory: follow monthly turning inventories, prepare the annual inventory and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and organisation to support store sales targets and replenishment needs.
- Process transfers, returns and shipments to outlets and central warehouse; prepare and track returned merchandise.
- Ensure stock areas and back-of-house are tidy, secure and compliant with Visual Merchandising Standards.
- Handle packaging, small stationery orders and basic stockroom administration to support store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience working in a stock department; retail stockroom experience preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and loss-prevention procedures.
- Proven ability to work to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

At least 2 years of successful experience in a stock department with 1–3 years in a retail environment; prior luxury retail experience is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in logistics/warehouse operations is a plus.
