Saint Laurent Stock Associate position in Central Valley. Manage inventory, shipping, and back-of-house operations. $20-$21/hr plus full benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor according to company standards
- Execute shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners in a timely manner to prevent inventory errors
- Process internal product transfers and client orders promptly to meet client expectations
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
- Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory audits
- Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
- Ensure stockroom and salesfloor compliance with company visual merchandising standards
- Support sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and sales assistance as needed
- Manage supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary retail preferred
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Pro-active and team-centric attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in luxury or contemporary retail environments, with demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, shipping and receiving operations, and stock organization.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The successful candidate will be located in Central Valley, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 21 per hour.
