Saint Laurent seeks a Stock Associate in Beverly Hills (Saks) — $21–$23/hr; responsible for shipping, inventory and back-of-house operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organisation and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to Saint Laurent standards.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; manage shipping & receiving on a weekly cadence.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies and escalate inventory issues to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
- Process internal product transfers, client orders and special requests to meet client expectations.
- Execute weekly cycle counts and prepare stock for the annual inventory.
- Liaise with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections and adjustments.
- Ensure stockroom and salesfloor adherence to company visual standards.
- Provide on-floor support to the sales team for coverage and client service as required.
- Manage boutique supply orders from internal and external vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary retail preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management systems and inventory audits.
- Proficient in Excel for reporting and inventories.
- Proactive, team-centric attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely.

Minimum two years of retail experience; prior experience in luxury or contemporary boutiques strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail/merchandising coursework preferred.
