Saint Laurent is hiring a Stock Associate in Beijing to manage inventory, stockroom operations and merchandise flow for its boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage merchandise flow within the store: receive, check, label, store and dispatch incoming items.
- Conduct and control monthly turning inventories and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare the annual inventory, investigate discrepancies and reconcile stock records.
- Maintain consistent stock levels to support sales targets and store performance.
- Organize, tidy and maintain stockroom areas to Visual Merchandising and store standards.
- Process transfers, returns and shipments to outlets and central warehouse; handle related administrative procedures.
- Prepare and pack products for shipment and manage associated paperwork.
- Provide timely, high-quality reports and feedback to Store Director / Department Manager.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a service-oriented, team-focused manner and follow HQ clienteling guidelines.
- Ensure customer-facing areas and stockroom presentation reflect brand grooming and qualitative standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a stockroom or inventory department, preferably within luxury or fashion retail.
- Demonstrable rigor, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented attitude.
- Proven IT literacy sufficient to manage stock records and administrative procedures.
- Awareness of product sensitivity, market and fashion trends is an advantage.

Experience
At least 2 years of successful experience in a stock department, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail- or logistics-related vocational training is an advantage.
