Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of five logistics personnel, organizing operational priorities and ensuring seamless execution of activities
• Coordinate collection releases and handovers with the Prototypes and Merchandising departments
• Manage physical and digital referencing of collection pieces for Men's and Women's lines
• Process press orders and resets for pre-collections, ensuring accurate tracking and availability
• Handle inter-departmental requests and maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders
• Process returns of collection pieces and maintain showroom organization and cleanliness
• Conduct monthly rolling inventory cycles and resolve stock discrepancies
• Coordinate transfer of collections to the Heritage department at season end and organize destocking operations
• Provide operational support during fashion shows and special events
• Manage press shipments domestically and internationally, with particular attention to customs documentation
• Establish and optimize customs procedures and international transport processes
• Consolidate and ensure reliability of product data via internal tools including PLM, MicroStrategy, and DAM
• Integrate product information into Launchmetrics
• Monitor and control vendor invoicing and manage budgets for transport, relocation, pressing, and packaging
• Coordinate cross-functional events and special projects in France and internationally
• Participate in group-wide logistics workshops and pilot projects related to transport tender processes
• Prepare activity reporting and establish internal procedures to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Fashion & Luxury Management (Bac+4 minimum)
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain coordination role
• Thorough knowledge of logistics flows, international transportation, and customs procedures
• Proficiency with Launchmetrics platform (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Fluent English speaker
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to operational demands
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Self-directed, proactive, and service-oriented mindset

2–5 years in a similar logistics management or supply chain coordination role, ideally within the luxury fashion or apparel sectors

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Fashion & Luxury Management (Bac+4 minimum)
