Role & Responsibilities
- Manage physical and digital flows of showroom pieces: monitor returns, record condition reports and quality anomalies, recondition and re‑label garments and accessories.
- Maintain traceability of samples and showroom stock using Launchmetrics.
- Prepare and coordinate press shipments (domestic and international): pack pieces, draft export documentation (proforma invoices, attestations) and liaise with press attachés, carriers and the central Shipping team.
- Oversee dry-cleaning logistics and manage incoming/outgoing cleaning consignments.
- Contribute to daily upkeep and presentation of the showroom and participate in cyclical inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school or a Fashion & Luxury Management programme (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated adaptability, reactivity and the capacity to operate under evolving priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, rigor and a disciplined approach to multi-tasking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) is desirable.

Internship-level role; no specific professional experience required though previous internships or coursework in logistics, showroom operations or fashion supply chain are advantageous.
