Saint Laurent Showroom Logistics Internship in Paris – support press shipments, inventory tracking, and showroom operations across luxury fashion collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage press shipments (domestic and international) by preparing export documentation, coordinating with press liaisons and freight carriers, and overseeing piece packaging
- Process and track internal loan requests for pieces borrowed by other departments, including follow-up communications and returns management
- Maintain physical and digital inventory flows through returns tracking, condition assessments, quality anomaly reporting, re-packaging, relabeling, and IT traceability via Launchmetrics software
- Contribute to daily showroom upkeep and maintenance
- Participate in rotating monthly inventory counts
- Coordinate pressing and garment care logistics
Qualifications
- Background in business school, fashion management, or luxury management programs
- Ability to react quickly and adapt to constantly evolving situations
- Attention to detail with strong prioritization and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
