Saint Laurent — Showroom Logistics Assistant Intern in Paris. Internship starting July 2026 supporting showroom logistics, shipments and Launchmetrics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage physical and digital flows of showroom pieces: process returns, assess and report condition and quality anomalies, and perform reconditioning and relabelling of items.
- Maintain traceability of pieces in the showroom using Launchmetrics, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Prepare and coordinate press shipments (France and international): produce export documentation (proforma invoices, attestations), pack garments and accessories, and liaise with press officers, carriers and the shipping team.
- Oversee regular garment care operations, including coordination of pressing services and handling of returned items.
- Contribute to daily showroom upkeep and presentation standards; participate in cyclical inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school or a Fashion & Luxury Management program (école de commerce / management mode & luxe).
- Available to start the internship in July 2026.
- Highly adaptable, reacts quickly to changing priorities and fast-paced situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, rigorous attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Experience
No extensive professional experience required; prior internships or short-term experience in logistics, showroom operations, retail merchandising or press logistics within fashion or luxury brands is advantageous.
Education
Enrolment in or completion of a Bachelor's-level programme at a business school or a specialised Fashion & Luxury Management programme.
