Role & Responsibilities
- Perform finishing and retouching operations on luxury women's shoes according to specified standards and production schedules
- Execute finishing operations including cleaning, pressing, and refinement in compliance with internal procedures and timelines
- Coordinate with workshop colleagues to ensure accurate information flow and seamless execution of finishing processes
