Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, grow and retain top‑tier VIC (Very Important Client) clientele to increase elite client count and spend.
- Build and manage a proactive, high‑value client book to drive repeat business and concierge sales.
- Recruit new VICs via local market activations, events and targeted outreach.
- Manage an individual consignment and stylist business, including merchandising and after‑sales service.
- Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs through entrepreneurial selling and business acumen.
- Curate personalized, versatile wardrobes and provide expert styling advice aligned with brand DNA.
- Deliver exceptional in‑boutique service and seamless after‑sales support for every client interaction.
- Mentor and provide training support to colleagues; collaborate closely with front and back‑of‑house teams to optimise performance.
- Use available CRM and boutique tools to track opportunities, follow up on leads and document client activity.
- Uphold the maison’s image, confidentiality standards, policies and operational guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury retail or high‑end hospitality.
- Established, local client book with demonstrable relationships to target high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Proven track record servicing discerning or high‑spend clients in fashion, accessories or luxury hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; polished personal presentation.
- Business‑minded, entrepreneurial spirit with strong organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capability and a collaborative team orientation.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn boutique CRM and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
