Saint Laurent (Yorkdale, Toronto) seeks a Senior Client Advisor to lead the boutique team; hourly pay $19–$21 CAD plus commissions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the client advisor team, setting clear targets and modelling high-performance selling behaviour.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators; drive proactive business development and conversion.
- Train, mentor and develop new and existing client advisors to elevate product knowledge, styling skills and service standards.
- Build, nurture and expand a high-value client portfolio through personalised outreach, clienteling and after-sales service.
- Deliver elevated, tailored client experiences and personalised styling, ensuring consistency with the Maison’s image and standards.
- Coordinate with store leadership to support front- and back-of-house operations and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Use available tools and systems to identify and optimise commercial opportunities and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, visual and operational procedures and brand presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion & accessories or high-end hospitality with a demonstrable service orientation.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management capability with a track record of coaching teams to reach sales targets.
- Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to analyse and act on KPIs.
- Strong personal taste and proven aptitude for creating personalised, fashion-forward looks.
- Comfortable adopting new technologies and point-of-sale / clienteling tools; quick learner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Skills
Experience
Preferred professional background in luxury fashion & accessories retail, customer service or luxury hospitality, with prior responsibility for individual sales targets and experience supervising or mentoring sales teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail management or business, or relevant professional certification, is preferred.

This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19 to CAD 21 per hour.
