Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the client advisor team, setting example by achieving individual sales targets and ensuring team targets and KPIs are met.
- Recruit, onboard and deliver ongoing coaching and development to client advisors to raise performance and product knowledge.
- Deliver a memorable, sophisticated client experience across sales and after‑sales touchpoints; cultivate and grow a personal client portfolio.
- Anticipate client needs and craft personalised styling and product recommendations aligned with Saint Laurent’s aesthetic.
- Drive commercial performance through proactive selling, clienteling and effective use of store tools to capture business opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, positive workplace that encourages creativity, teamwork and high operational standards.
- Support front‑ and back‑of‑house teams operationally and uphold brand policies, image and service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a retail sales team.
- Professional background in luxury fashion/accessories retail, high‑end customer service or luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrable commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with experience meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Refined personal taste and strong styling ability; passion for fashion culture and product curation.
- Comfortable with retail technologies and clienteling tools; quick to learn new applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Resilient, organised and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking retail environment.
Experience
Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail or hospitality with demonstrated success in sales, client portfolio development and team leadership; prior supervisory or senior advisor experience is expected.
Education
High school diploma required; post‑secondary qualification in fashion, retail, business or hospitality preferred.
