Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client advisor team, achieving individual and team sales targets while modelling best-in-class selling behaviours.
  • Coach, train and develop new and existing client advisors to elevate product knowledge, selling technique and clienteling practices.
  • Cultivate and expand a high-value client portfolio through proactive outreach, relationship building and personalised service.
