Saint Laurent seeks Senior Client Advisor in Santa Clara, California—lead boutique team, drive sales, and deliver luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, fostering accountability and excellence in service delivery
- Achieve individual sales targets while driving the team toward collective performance goals and key performance indicators
- Train new client advisors and provide continuous professional development and mentoring to existing team members
- Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalized consultation, attention to detail, and post-sale service excellence
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive relationship building and anticipation of client needs
