Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, fostering accountability and excellence in service delivery
  • Achieve individual sales targets while driving the team toward collective performance goals and key performance indicators
  • Train new client advisors and provide continuous professional development and mentoring to existing team members
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalized consultation, attention to detail, and post-sale service excellence
