Saint Laurent seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Portland to lead boutique client advisors, grow client portfolios and drive luxury sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the client advisor team, setting performance expectations and exemplifying sales excellence.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and commercial planning.
- Train, coach and develop new and existing client advisors to elevate service, product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio through personalised outreach, appointments and after-sales follow-up.
- Deliver exceptional in-boutique client experiences; advise on styling and curate personalised, timeless looks for clients.
- Utilise available CRM and sales tools to identify opportunities, optimise follow-up and convert prospects.
- Support front- and back-of-house operations to preserve store standards, brand image and a collaborative team culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, visual standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in luxury fashion & accessories retail, customer service or luxury hospitality, with a track record of high-quality client service.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to building client business and achieving KPIs.
- Strong personal taste and passion for fashion; confident in creating personalised looks and styling clients.
- Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills in English.

Experience
Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client-facing roles or luxury hospitality, including supervisory or team-lead responsibilities and demonstrated success in building client portfolios and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in fashion, business, retail management or hospitality is preferred.
