Saint Laurent seeks a Temporary Senior Client Advisor in Manhasset, NY to lead retail team, drive sales, and deliver luxury client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client advisor team by example, achieving individual sales targets and ensuring team performance against established metrics
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing professional development and coaching to existing team members
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and teamwork
- Deliver exceptional client service and after-sale support to all boutique visitors and clients
- Cultivate and nurture a robust client portfolio through proactive engagement and personalized relationship management
- Identify client needs and anticipate future requests, demonstrating passion for client connection and retention
- Drive business performance to exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators through entrepreneurial mindset
