Saint Laurent seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Manhasset, NY. Lead the client-advisor team, drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences ($20–$22/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client advisor team, setting clear sales targets and modelling best-in-class client service.
  • Coach, train and onboard new and existing advisors to develop product knowledge, selling skills and personal styling capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a robust, proactive client portfolio through personalised outreach, follow-up and after-sales care.
  • Drive individual and store KPIs by identifying business opportunities, converting sales and executing an entrepreneurial sales approach.
  • Deliver highly personalised styling and product advice that reflects the maison’s aesthetic and enhances client lifetime value.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that supports front- and back-of-house performance and team morale.
  • Use available tools and workflows to optimise appointment booking, clienteling and sales opportunities while adhering to company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in luxury fashion & accessories retail, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience with the ability to motivate, mentor and evaluate a sales team.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and listening skills in English; able to communicate authentically with diverse clientele.
  • A passion for fashion and an ability to create personalised, timeless looks for clients.
