Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the client advisor team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach, train and develop new and existing client advisors to elevate selling techniques, product knowledge and client service standards.
- Cultivate and maintain a proactive client portfolio through personalised outreach, relationship building and after-sales care.
- Deliver an exceptional, sophisticated client experience in line with Maison standards and visual identity.
- Demonstrate and advise on personalised styling, creating versatile and timeless looks for clients.
- Use available retail tools and applications to optimise selling opportunities, clienteling and follow-up.
- Support front- and back-of-house teams operationally and promote a collaborative store environment.
- Uphold company policies, loss-prevention procedures and operational standards at all times.
- Contribute to local business planning with an entrepreneurial mindset and commercial rigor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion/accessory sales or luxury hospitality with a client-focused service record.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a sales team.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Passion for fashion and styling with an eye for personalised client dressing and product curation.
