Saint Laurent seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Hong Kong to drive sales, cultivate clientele and deliver luxury boutique service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience and best-in-class after-sales service to boutique visitors and clients.
  • Proactively build and cultivate a personal client portfolio to generate recurring and growing business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalised looks and styling recommendations that reflect the Maison’s aesthetic and client needs.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues and use store tools and systems to maximise business opportunities.
  • Support front- and back-of-house teams to foster team performance and a collaborative store environment.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures and brand presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience providing high‑quality client service in fashion & accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality (preferred).
  • Strong personal taste and passion for fashion with the ability to create and communicate personalised styling.
  • Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive to develop client business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local languages where relevant).
  • Comfortable using retail tools and applications; quick to learn new technologies.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, resilient and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Preferred professional background in luxury retail, high-end accessory or fashion sales, customer service or luxury hospitality, with demonstrable success in client development and meeting sales KPIs.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or hospitality are advantageous.
