Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, leading by example in achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Train new client advisors and provide ongoing professional development for existing team members
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and collaboration among all staff
