Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, setting an example through personal sales performance.
- Coach, train and develop new and existing client advisors to elevate service standards and commercial results.
- Build, nurture and expand a high-value client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling and personalised service.
- Drive store and individual KPIs and sales objectives by identifying opportunities and executing an entrepreneurial sales approach.
