Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, setting an example through personal sales performance.
  • Coach, train and develop new and existing client advisors to elevate service standards and commercial results.
  • Build, nurture and expand a high-value client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling and personalised service.
  • Drive store and individual KPIs and sales objectives by identifying opportunities and executing an entrepreneurial sales approach.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and after-sales service, ensuring authenticity and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to optimise operations, share best practice and sustain a positive team culture.
  • Use available retail tools and applications effectively to maximise business opportunities and record client interactions.
  • Uphold brand image, operational procedures and Maison standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in high-quality client service within fashion & accessory retail, luxury hospitality or customer service environments.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with experience motivating and developing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Refined product and styling sensibility with a genuine passion for fashion culture and personalised dressing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable communicating professionally with a diverse clientele.
  • Technologically confident — quick to adopt retail tools and clienteling applications.
  • Proactive, adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
