Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, setting an example by meeting personal and team sales targets.
  • Train, coach and develop new and existing client advisors to elevate selling techniques, product knowledge and clienteling practices.
  • Build and nurture a high-value client portfolio through proactive outreach, personalised appointments and after-sales relationship management.
  • Deliver an impeccable, sophisticated and consistent client experience that reflects Maison standards and brand image.
  • Drive business performance by monitoring KPIs, converting opportunities, and deploying an entrepreneurial approach to sales.
  • Collaborate with front- and back-of-house colleagues to optimise service delivery, shared objectives and store operations.
  • Use available digital and CRM tools to maximise client opportunities and track follow-ups and sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, store procedures and loss-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury fashion, accessories retail or luxury hospitality with a strong service orientation.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience coaching and motivating a retail team.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to team KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive and strong organisational skills.

Experience
