Saint Laurent seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Austin to drive luxury retail sales and lead client experiences reporting to the Store Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing store procedures to maintain operational standards
- Preserve store presentation and brand image consistent with Saint Laurent's luxury positioning
- Uphold loss prevention expectations and security protocols
- Demonstrate leadership and ownership of store operations and performance metrics
- Lead sales staff by measuring and driving business performance through hourly sales analysis
- Drive client interactions and curate memorable brand experiences
- Actively develop new client relationships while strengthening existing client loyalty
- Support the management team and represent the company brand with professionalism and sophistication
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail experience required
- 3+ years in a retail sales or client advisory environment
