Role & Responsibilities
- Support back-of-house operations including shipments, receptions, cycle counts, transfers, and general tasks.
- Assist the sales team by processing transactions, attending to customers, and retrieving products.
- Aid the sales team during sales ceremonies.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked cash registers in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized and products are stored correctly per company guidelines.
- Assist in product transfers by retrieving items and preparing shipments.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising movements.
- Assist with returns and exchanges as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
