Role & Responsibilities

  • Build SKU- and region-level sales forecasts that reflect commercial strategies and carry-over dynamics.
  • Ensure monthly alignment of forecasts with regional teams and central merchandisers.
  • Analyse and challenge best-estimate forecasts by line, region and collection; introduce and refine KPIs to improve projection accuracy.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and deliver actionable insights to merchandising, demand planning and regional teams.
  • Partner with business planning and regional stakeholders to support the construction and management of the open-to-buy (OTB).
  • Track sales performance closely to detect product- and region-level trends and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Define and update reorder scope in line with sales dynamics, collection strategy and inventory constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with demand planning to align commercial priorities with supply strategies and inventory availability.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, merchandise planning, demand planning or a similar role within fashion retail or luxury goods.
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) with proven ability to manipulate large datasets and build models.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with an appetite for numbers and KPI development.
  • Highly structured, organized and proactive with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus.
