Saint Laurent seeks a Sales Coordinator at Sawgrass in Sunrise, Florida, to support back-of-house operations and the sales team without conducting the selling ceremony. The role covers inventory, shipping and receiving, transaction support, stockroom and cash-wrap organization, visual merchandising, and client assistance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support back-of-house operations, including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, transfers and general tasks.
- Support the sales team by processing transactions, greeting clients and pulling products.
- Assist the sales team throughout the selling ceremony in accordance with the principles of Brilliant Basics.
- Keep cash wraps and registers organized and stocked to company standards.
- Keep the stockroom organized and ensure products are stored to company standards.
- Pull products and prepare shipments for transfers.
- Assist with visual merchandising moves and maintain sales-floor displays to company standards.
- Assist with returns and exchanges as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail experience; luxury or contemporary retail experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of integrity.
