Role & Responsibilities
- Manage merchandise flow within the store to enhance turnover.
- Adhere to internal logistics procedures.
- Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Support the annual inventory process and address discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
- Organize and maintain stock areas and facilitate the transfer process.
- Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Handle orders for packaging and small stationery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a stock department.
- Experience in the luxury sector is essential.
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Prior retail stockroom experience is advantageous.
