Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and control monthly turning inventories and implement corrective action plans to protect stock accuracy and sales performance.
- Support annual inventory processes, investigate and reconcile discrepancies and report outcomes to store leadership.
- Ensure consistent stock levels on the selling floor to meet sales targets through effective merchandise flow management.
- Organize, maintain and optimise stockroom layout; coordinate internal transfers between store areas, outlets and warehouse.
- Prepare, pack and ship returned merchandise to designated outlets and warehouses in accordance with internal logistics procedures.
- Process orders for packaging and small stationery; maintain inventory of consumables.
- Uphold the brand's qualitative standards in stock handling and customer-facing presentation to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a stock department; 1–3 years total retail experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
- Practical experience working in a retail stockroom, handling transfers and returns is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail and adherence to internal logistics and inventory-control procedures.
- Physical ability to handle stock movement and prolonged periods on foot.

At least 1 year of successful experience in a stock/warehouse role, with 1–3 years in retail. Prior luxury retail experience is required and retail stockroom background is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
