Saint Laurent — Cabazon seeks a Sales Coordinator to manage inventory, stockflow and returns for the retail store. Hourly pay $17–19/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support merchandise flow management within the store to contribute to sales growth.
- Monitor and control monthly turning inventories and implement specific action plans.
- Support annual inventory count and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels to meet sales targets and prevent stockouts.
- Organize, tidy and manage stockroom areas; coordinate transfers to outlets and warehouse.
- Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and the central warehouse.
- Process packaging and small stationery orders and ensure compliance with internal logistics procedures.
- Adhere strictly to brand quality standards and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of successful experience working in a stock department.
- Luxury retail experience required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Retail stockroom experience is considered a plus.

Experience
1–3 years in a retail environment with at least one year of direct experience in a stock or inventory role; prior luxury retail experience required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or related discipline is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 19 per hour.
