Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize merchandise flow within the store.
- Adhere to internal logistics procedures.
- Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Support annual inventory processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain consistent stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
- Organize and maintain stock areas and facilitate the transfer process.
- Prepare and dispatch returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Manage packaging and stationery orders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a stock department.
- Experience in the luxury sector is essential.
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in a retail stockroom is advantageous.
